Requesting additional IPs for your server

If you have requested more IPs for your dedicated server than is allotted from the datacenter, we will be happy to provide you with them. Please note, however, that our datacenters will require an IP justification form when requesting additional IPs. The justification form requires you to list all domains that will be using dedicated IPs and what the IP is being used for such as SSL Certificates or VPN access. Shortly after server setup is complete, we will verify that the IPs are being used as described.

Please download the justification form below, fill it out, and attach it to a ticket you have with us. If you don’t have a ticket opened, please submit a new one and attach the IP Justification Form.

If you do not know what these domains will be or cannot justify them, you can take the default configuration of IPs initially. Once you have the domain names that require dedicated IP addresses and their purposes, you can send the justification form at that time.
